Allan Arnette - President and CEO
Mr. Arnette has more than 26 years of healthcare materials management, data analysis and synchronization, supply chain and standardization experience. He possesses very strong skills in directing and re-engineering large projects with complex logistical requirements. Additional strengths include Database Management, Corporate Operations, Contracting, Clinical Engineering, Storage and Distribution and Facilities Management. Mr. Arnette has a solid foundation in leading multi-site organizations, multiple projects and complex programs. Prior to becoming CEO of MTS, Mr. Arnette worked as a consultant to DOD's Data Synchronization program, and was Program Manager for a DoD $17M Standardization program for medical-surgical products, which he developed.
Alan McAdams - Director of Business Development
Mr. McAdams has more than 38 years of senior corporate level management experience plus operational health care management and planning experience. His expertise is in the areas of strategic planning, business process reengineering, human resources planning, equipment planning, acquisition, and management; health facilities planning; materials management and distribution; and departmental operational analysis/audit. He has special skills in the functional analysis, development, testing, implementation, and training of automated systems to support materials and equipment management, and other administrative operations. Mr. McAdams previously provided senior systems analysis support to the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) Program, currently the most successful business process-reengineering project in DoD where he was a winner of Vice President Gore's Hammer Award and the Government Technology Leadership Award.
